Good morning friends. Twenty new listings this morning for sale in Roswell, Milton, Alpharetta and Johns Creek. Many of these homes with missing images unfortunately. Plus, similar to yesterday there is one home that really stands out from the pack. Also be sure to take a peak at the new distressed listings. It’s difficult to assess these with the few images. I have not seen either of these personally.
My featured home for sale comes from the massive community in the Mountain Park Elementary district- Brookfield Country Club. 515 Willow View Way, Roswell GA 30075 was listed for $425,000. You will never know what you will find on new Brookfield listings. They can be all over the place with updates and renovations. This home was built in 1985 is a great period for home construction. There is enough completed here for move in condition but it provides the opportunity for buyers to add their own touches. Of course, the big draw for many families to this community is the local public Elementary School- Mountain Park.

Rolling out the brand new “new” listing format this morning with a fairly busy Tuesday. Twenty-four new homes for sale in Roswell, Milton, Alpharetta and Johns Creek. The two items that should stand out for you are the larger pictures in the listing detail as well as the new scrolling feature. Of course, nothing can beat your own personalized home search via the Organic Search but this should work well for more casual viewers.
The featured home for sale this morning is out of Roswell and a relatively new home off of Hwy 9 very close to the square. 305 Chattahoochee St, Roswell GA 30075 came on the market this morning for $489,000. The ingress/egress can be difficult here during rush hours but overall the location is the real selling point since it is within an easy walk to Roswell Square and the hugely popular Relish.

In Dr. Steven Miletto’s view, he and Centennial High School were meant for each other.
“Did you ever just have the feeling you were called someplace?” Miletto said.
An east Cobb resident who lives in the small sliver of that county with a Roswell address, Miletto and his family have always shopped, played and gone to church in Roswell.
Until this year, he was principal of Osborne High School in Cobb, where his work was recognized nationally by Newsweek Magazine for improving student achievement.
