New video tour for this morning’s Roswell homes post features the Devereux Downs/State Street Subdivision in Roswell. These two are combined because they actually connect. Both are located off of Woodstock Road across from Fellowship Christian School. This community could be considered within a longer walk to historic Roswell. It’s about two miles away with sidewalks all the way.This community does have a very nice swim/tennis facility with a large pool and I believe three lighted tennis courts.

New video tour just posted today for the Elgaen Subdivision in Roswell. We’ve seen several listings pop up here recently so I wanted to get it up here online. This subdivision is right off of Woodstock Road and in very close proximity to historic Roswell and Canton Street. It’s even closer, about one half mile, to Hwy 92/Crossville Road.
The homes here are very close to Roswell North Elementary but Mountain Park Elementary actually pulls from this neighborhood. The homes here were built in the late 90′s and have smallish lot sizes. Homes for sale in Elgaen Place range from the mid to high 200′s. The highest sales in the neighborhood occur right around $300k. Elgaen Place homes for sale can be tracked by setting up an Organic Home Search to be notified of any new listings or changes to this neighborhood.

There is a lot to like about this home. We’ve discussed Wildwood Springs before in several posts and I will go ahead and link our video tour to the bottom of this entry as well. The subdivision is very well regarded for anyone looking in Roswell but especially for families and even more specifically- families with younger children who can really take advantage of the tremendous swim/tennis facilities as well as the mucho popular elementary school- Mountain Park. The homes here in Wildwood Springs are relatively close together as can be seen from the video. The landscaping is a nice selling point for this community as well. The landscapes are very pretty.
