Roswell, Alpharetta, Milton and Johns Creek homes for sale February 27th, 2010

At first glance the exterior really doesn’t blow your socks off. This house looks like it was transplanted right out of a mid-80′s East Cobb community. It is in fact located in Horseshoe Bend. Read the rest of this entry »

Foxhall Subdivision Video, Roswell GA

VIEW ALL CURRENT HOMES FOR SALE IN FOXHALL

New video tour today of Foxhall Subdivision in extreme northwestern Roswell. This is a very large subdivision with portions of the neighborhood in Fulton County with Fulton schools and part of the neighborhood is Cherokee with Cherokee County schools. The community was started in the mid-90′s and development continued through the early 2000′s.

Homes for sale in Foxhall feature a large variety of sizes and construction styles. There is also a lot of variety with regards to the feel of different areas within the neighborhood. Certain parts are very wooded with larger lots while other areas have homes very close together with small lots and few trees. Foxhall homes for sale range from the high $200′s to the high $500′s.

Lakeside at Ansley Homes for Sale, Roswell GA

VIEW ALL CURRENT HOMES FOR SALE IN LAKESIDE AT ANSLEY

(Please note: The last segment of the video is not Lakeside at Ansley- it was accidentally included from another community) One of my favorite subdivisions in Roswell can be found in the extreme northwestern part of the city off of Cox Road. The Lakeside at Ansley community is up today as the next subdivision video review. Lakeside at Ansley boasts a beautiful rolling landscape and fairly hilly terrain in certain areas of the community. The development dates back to 2001 with homes construction starting and continuing through 2005 I believe. The overall development is close to completion although there is some continuing work taking place in the outer parts.

Homes for sale in Lakeside at Ansley range from the low $700′s up to and above the $1M mark. There is quite a lot of variety in sizes, construction along with interior and exterior features. Certain parts of the subdivision have a more luxury feel while other areas seem more family-centric.

15750 Canterbury Chase, Milton GA 30004

Somewhat slow day today for new homes for sale listed this morning. However, I am a really big fan of the Canterbury on the Lake Subdivision in Milton even though the listing denotes the location as Alpharetta. 15750 Canterbury Chase, Alpharetta GA 30004 came on the market this morning for $695,000. Click on the image of the home for more details and images. The property has a lot to offer with an impressive main level, finished terrace and a backyard that backs up to the neighboring equestrian estate.

This subdivision is very popular in Milton and is quite new dating back to 2005. I do plan on getting some video filmed of this community very soon as well so stay tuned for that…probably in the next week. The homes here do have the classic Milton feel which is typically found in many of the neighborhoods off of Birmingham Rd. In addition, a number of houses here back up to an equestrian estate to the east.  Read the rest of this entry »
