I can’t promise a thrilling start to the weekend here but I’ll do the best I can with what has been provided. Roswell apparently has decided it is starter home day today with all six new listings between $174k and $389k. The one pictured is a good option at the right price. 730 Gable Ridge Road, Roswell GA 30076 was listed at an initial offer price of $319,900.
The popular family friendly Wexford provides another solid option…again..AT the right price. View all of the new listings by using the link above… Read the rest of this entry »
Good morning party people. Ragged day today but there are a couple of new listings that are dressed for success. First up is a Duffy listing from the Westminster at Crabapple Subdivision in Milton. 2050 Knightsbridge Way, Alpharetta GA 30004 was offered at initial price of $365,000 for four bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.
The location is a commuters dream with quick access to Rucker Road which becomes Old Milton for one turn access to 400. The kitchen is huge even though the pictures miss most of the counter space. The home has a lot of character for the year built- 1997. The hardwoods are well done, great lot and great backyard area that looks like it just had some work done. Overall, a great opportunity at the right price. Is the price right Bob Barker? We’ll have to wait and see. I can’t believe I just typed Bob Barker… Read the rest of this entry »
Some of the most popular ~$300k+/- subdivisions in Roswell are in East Cobb off of Mabry Road. I plan on getting some video reviews posted for these by the end of next week. These are ~1980′s communities with tons of trees and landscaping which really pops this time of year. Many families also prefer the lower property taxes in Cobb and some prefer the Cobb schools as well. The good news is that Roswell provides a lot of options.
One of those popular neighborhoods, Westchester, has a new listing posted. 4165 Westchester Crossing, Roswell GA 30075 came on the market for $299,000. It’s easy to see why this swim/tennis community is so popular with families. It is critically important here to focus on pricing and getting a quality home inspection. Some of these properties will be much better maintained than others. Can you see any maintenance issues from the exterior image of the home? There are numerous issues that can pop up with this age of home. Of course, a well maintained property in such a terrific community can be a true joy.
A very popular family friendly community is up next for video coverage. Bethany Oaks Subdivision is off of Hopewell Road in southeastern Milton. This is a medium sized neighborhood. The homes here were built in the late 90′s. It is easy to see the differences in the landscapes of this development compared to some of the newer communities where even after 6-7 years the landscapes have yet to fully take. This is a very popular community for families and features a nice swim/tennis piece and top notch schools. What’s not to like?
Homes for sale in Bethany Oaks can range from the low $400′s to the high $500′s although distressed sales have dipped below those marks.
