Twenty-seven new homes for sale

Roswell homes for sale plus Alpharetta, Milton and Johns Creek May 29th, 2010

Use the link above to access all of the new homes listed in North Fulton for Saturday. Normally when we have this many new listings I can find something to point you to that stands out. Today though there isn’t much of anything that wets my whistle. Maybe you can find something that stands out for your purposes. The good news is that the majority of the homes that came up today do have images. Now we just need them to employ a professional photographer and I will consider that progress. When there are this many homes on the market and the listing agent walks through with a digital camera I just have to shake my head.

If you are fairly serious about finding a home then I strongly suggest submitting a request for an Organic Home Search which will connect you directly to FMLS. Other online home searches have old data. It takes too long for most to update. Connecting directly to the source puts you ahead of the game.

Story that needs to be told on new listings

New homes listed May 28th, 2010 in Roswell, Milton, Alpharetta and Johns Creek

Am I upset this morning? Yeah maybe a little. But at this point I am used to seeing so many new listings come on the market with no images. Can anyone tell me the point of putting a home on the market without any pictures? Use the link above to view all of the new listings this morning in North Fulton. It is already 9:00am as I am typing this and as of now there are 13 homes out of 23 new listings without images.

Ultimately, I think I am annoyed for my clients who are all running Organic Searches/Buyer Gateways and most of these families access their site early in the morning. So, they miss out on these homes PLUS the sellers on these listings miss out on a ton of the most serious buyers. So, am I upset? You want the truth?…You can’t handle the truth! Have a great Memorial Day weekend!!

Glen Abbey in Alpharetta provides featured home for sale

New homes listed May 26th in Roswell, Alpharetta, Milton and Johns Creek

Another sluggish day overall but a spectacular new listing in Glen Abbey provides the featured home for sale today. 3585 Grey Abbey Drive, Alpharetta GA 30022 was listed at an initial offer price of $699,900. Use the link above to view all listing details for the new homes.

This executive home has six bedrooms and five full bathrooms in a great swim/tennis community in a terrific location off of Kimball Bridge Rd. Glen Abbey is a large subdivision very close to GA 400 and North Point Parkway so both the highway plus tons of retail are within a quick drive.

What is not to like about the exterior of this home. It is simply a stunning brick design and the landscaping doesn’t hurt either. The interior is extremely open including the kitchen. The hardwoods are perfection in my opinion. The finished game room is a good size. There is an additional bedroom and bathroom on the lower level plus both on the main level as well.
