MARKET UPDATE:
Three new listings up for sale this morning including a beautiful new cedar constructed home in White Columns. No new distressed sales and still no images for the new foreclosure in Sentinel on the River.
Atlanta was recently ranked #9 in a list of the best cities for young professionals. This is well deserved in my opinion and maybe even a little low. Once these singles marry up and settle down they will disperse to the northern suburbs as well as Decatur and East Atlanta.

Earlier this month, the city of Roswell was named one of the best places to live in the United States by Money Magazine.
Roswell came in at number 76 out of 100 cities with population between 50,000 and 300,000 residents.
“We have focused on being a good place to live, so it’s great when our efforts are recognized,” Roswell Mayor Jere Wood said. “This isn’t the first time Roswell has been recognized like this, but it’s great that we are continuing to stand out.” Read the rest of this entry »
