Many clients have asked about when/if I will be restarting my buyer bonus program which was popular late last year before it had to be discontinued. Georgia law and lending law can be difficult to maneuver when it comes to agents contributing towards seller concessions so we have to be mindful of whether your lender will allow this.

My buyer bonus plan is simple…

See five homes or less and receive 50% of the commission at closing.
(would typically be $4,800 to you on a $400k home)
See 10 homes or less and receive 25% of the commission at closing.
(would typically be $2,400 to you on a $400k home)
See 20 homes or less and receive 10% of the commission at closing.
(would typically be $960 to on a $400k home)

* not applicable for ground-up new construction.
