Not sure why there aren’t currently any interior pictures- hopefully those will show up at some point. The interior on these homes are very nice and the community overall is basically brand new with most homes built 2007 or later. This particular home sold for $705,000 in March of 2007. The location is outstanding with an easy walk to Roswell North Elementary School and the fabulous Roswell Park. There are some decent new listings up for sale in Roswell today. The best thing about this subdivision is it’s historic Roswell location. The homes here are within walking distance of Roswell Square which hosts numerous festivals and events. It’s also convenient to a number of restaurants (Relish, one of our favorite restaraunts is a short walk away) as well as the Chattahoochee Recreation Area. Change of plans. I just realized the first homes for Weatherford Place were re-listed today and I had to post an entry on them. The listing price for this home is well below what has been market for this subdivision. The lowest sale price over the past few years was $425k last June. However, there are no pictures so we can probably assume from the comments that there are no remarkable upgrades and thus the interior is much like it was when built in 1998. Nothing necessarily wrong with that. A complete market analysis would be necessary here but this could potentially be very good price on this home
The Roswell homes located on and around Pine Grove are very popular. The location is very convenient to the restaraunts and shops of historic Roswell. I believe there are sidewalks all the way to Canton Street so potential buyers could get a little exercise while taking in the fun.
