New homes in John’s Creek saves the day

Twenty seven new listings on the market this morning. There wasn’t a whole lot to get too excited about. However, there did end up being a few in Johns Creek that helped. Use the link above to access all of the new homes listed for sale.

One of the intriguing new listings to me comes is pictured on the left and comes from the Seven Oaks Subdivision. 12390 Preserve Lane, Johns Creek GA 30005 came on the market listed for $485,000. This is a well maintained home with a lot to offer. Where this prices out based on sales in the neighborhood is a story to be told later though. It is three side brick with five bedrooms and four bathrooms plus another half bath. The kitchen has been well updated. In addition, the basement is totally finished, there are two decks with wet bar plus a fenced yard and koi pond. We’re having another good morning on a Wednesday with a lot of quality new listings especially on the higher end. There’s a new large lot Milton home back on the market plus a number of top shelf properties in Roswell and Alpharetta. The other listings can been seen at the bottom of this post but I wanted to focus on a terrific ultra-traditional four bedroom new home for sale in the Doublegate Subdivision. 100 Idlegate Court, Johns Creek 30022 came on the market this morning listed for $399,000. The community is off of Buice Road close to Old Alabama and the Country Club of the South. Old Alabama in my opinion is sort of the heart of Johns Creek. The school district here as most everyone knows is high quality as well.The neighborhood features a nice swim/tennis component.

That’s a great year for building construction for a home that has been well maintained.
