Our next subdivision video tour takes us to Glenhurst Subdivision in Johns Creek. It’s probably fairly obvious from watching the video that this is a late-90′s community due to the traditional style of homes and small to moderate lot sizes. The location is ideal for a Duluth or Alpharetta commute but capable of providing reasonable access to areas closer in to town as well as areas like Tucker or Decatur to the southeast. Like most of the areas we cover, the school district is stellar with Northview High School leading the way. As seen in the video, there is a nice swim/tennis component here at the entrance to the neighborhood.
Glenhurst homes for sale range from the high $200′s to the high $300′s. Set up your own organic home search to track market activity in your areas of interest.
Our next subdivision video comes from the Parsons Run Subdivision in Johns Creek. This is one of my favorite neighborhoods in Johns Creek for several reasons. First, there is quite a bit of diversity in the style and construction of homes here. In addition, different parts of the community have a different look and feel. Some portions of the community are very wooded while others are open. The swim/tennis facility at the northern entrance is inviting and large enough to accommodate larger groups. The location is a plus as well with a number of connecting roads close by.
Parsons Run homes for sale range from the low $300,000 to low $400,000. Set up an Organic Search to be notified of any market changes in Parsons Run.
Welcome to the future!…or the present. Maybe I am behind the times but our upcoming subdivision videos will all be in high definition. You can change the setting within YouTube depending on what quality of video you want to view. Our first HD video tour is the Hillbrooke Subdivision in Alpharetta off of Abbots Bridge Rd/120. The community is extremely convenient to quite a bit of retail options both in Alpharetta and Johns Creek. It’s really what Alpharetta is known for. It does have one the best if not the best swim/tennis and community center for this price point which can be seen in the video. Swimming pool, tennis, playground, basketball etc.
Hillbrooke homes for sale range from the low $200′s up to the low $300′s. Set up an organic search to be notified of any new listings or price changes in Hillbrooke.
Video tour for today is the Bristol Oaks neighborhood in western Roswell off of Pine Grove rd reasonably close to historic Roswell. The medium sized community is comprised mostly of traditional brick homes built in the mid 80′s to early 90′s. This is another community like our last review- Chimney Lakes where it is a little bit under appreciated. There just aren’t a ton of listings that come out of the community. Families move to take advantage of the clean, well maintained homes and family friendly environment and stay a while. The swim/tennis is typical for this size community and nothing earth shattering. The facility can be viewed in the video below. Another advantage of the subdivision are the two access points on Hightower Rd which eliminates a lot of inter-community traffic and adds to the peace of the development.
Homes for sale in Bristol Oaks Subdivision range from the low to high $300′s. As always, serious home seekers need to strongly consider a buyer gateway/”organic” home search tool asap.
Our next subdivision review takes us to the Chimney Lakes community. Chimney Lakes is a large neighborhood which connects to several major roads in East Cobb. It is very underrated due to it’s unusual location with an entryway right at the end of the commercial portion of Johnson Ferry. It also connects over to Mabry and Childers Road. Many buyers ignore it due to this misunderstanding about the location and vibe. This is unfortunate because Chimney Lakes is a very pretty community with tons of trees and greenery. Most of the homes are well kept and many are updated. Two lakes in the middle of the subdivision creates a pop. Plus, it also has one of the best swim/tennis facilities around which is shown in the video with a huge pool, tennis, playground, volleyball and basketball.
Most of the homes here were built in the early 80′s. Homes for sale in Chimney Lakes Subdivision range from the low $200′s up to $500k. Track any market area of interest using the “Organic” Home Search.
