Our next subdivision video tour takes us to Glenhurst Subdivision in Johns Creek. It’s probably fairly obvious from watching the video that this is a late-90′s community due to the traditional style of homes and small to moderate lot sizes. The location is ideal for a Duluth or Alpharetta commute but capable of providing reasonable access to areas closer in to town as well as areas like Tucker or Decatur to the southeast. Like most of the areas we cover, the school district is stellar with Northview High School leading the way. As seen in the video, there is a nice swim/tennis component here at the entrance to the neighborhood.

Our next subdivision video comes from the Parsons Run Subdivision in Johns Creek. This is one of my favorite neighborhoods in Johns Creek for several reasons. First, there is quite a bit of diversity in the style and construction of homes here. In addition, different parts of the community have a different look and feel. Some portions of the community are very wooded while others are open. The swim/tennis facility at the northern entrance is inviting and large enough to accommodate larger groups. The location is a plus as well with a number of connecting roads close by.

The community is extremely convenient to quite a bit of retail options both in Alpharetta and Johns Creek. It’s really what Alpharetta is known for. It does have one the best if not the best swim/tennis and community center for this price point which can be seen in the video. Swimming pool, tennis, playground, basketball etc.
