An extremely popular family friendly subdivision in Milton is up next for our review. Danbury Park is located off of Mayfield Road very close to the Crabapple Crossroads area and Milton High School. The homes in Danbury boast tighter lots with fewer trees than many developments in Milton. The community was started in the late 1990′s and is very well maintained. It also features a reasonably sized swim/tennis and clubhouse component at the entrance to the neighborhood. This can be seen at the end of the video below.

Danbury Park homes for sale typically range from the high $300k to the mid $500k.

Crabapple North Subdivision Video, Milton GA

The next subdivision video review comes from the Crabapple North community which is off of Freemanville Road before it hits Providence Road. This subdivision is a family friendly development started in the early 1990′s so home updates and maintenance will be under serious scrutiny here. The community is quite wooded and the landscapes are fairly well maintained for the most part.

Crabapple North homes for sale typically range from $350k to $400k. There is a swim/tennis component here although I did not capture that in the video.

Reddstone Subdivision Video, Milton GA

VIEW ALL CURRENT HOMES FOR SALE IN REDDSTONE SUBDIVISION

Our next video subdivision review comes from the Reddstone Subdivision in Milton GA. Reddstone was developed in 2000 and is located right at the intersection of Redd Road and Freemanville Road in central Milton. There is plenty of room to breathe here since the homes have relatively large lots typically just over an acre. The community is well maintained and the developer did a good job of leaving a decent amount of the native landscape and trees in place.

Reddstone homes for sale range from the low $500k to the mid $700k. There is no swim/tennis community center available currently in Reddstone.

Tramore Subdivision Video, Milton GA

Another in a group of exquisite higher end developments in Milton off of Birmingham Hwy is our feature subdivision review for today. The homes in Tramore were built by Milton Jones and started in 2005. This is a smaller community but very popular. Homes that come on the market in this development typically don’t last. One of the attractive selling points for Tramore is it’s relatively southern Milton location which provides quick access to Crabapple and Milton High School.

Tramore homes for sale range from the low $800,000 up to the low $1M. There is no swim/tennis currently in Tramore.

Colonnade at White Columns Subdivision Video, Milton GA

VIEW ALL CURRENT HOMES FOR SALE IN WHITE COLUMNS

Most home buyers aren’t aware of the partition of the White Columns development and the ungated portion of the community- Colonnade at White Columns off of Birmingham Hwy. As you can see from the video, the homes are are cut from a similar mold as the main development. I do plan on getting video of the main White Columns development and the golf course in the next couple of weeks to supplement this initial post. White Columns is arguable the most sought after community in Milton.
