Bristol Oaks Subdivision Video, Roswell GA

VIEW ALL CURRENT HOMES FOR SALE IN BRISTOL OAKS

Video tour for today is the Bristol Oaks neighborhood in western Roswell off of Pine Grove rd reasonably close to historic Roswell. The medium sized community is comprised mostly of traditional brick homes built in the mid 80′s to early 90′s. This is another community like our last review- Chimney Lakes where it is a little bit under appreciated. There just aren’t a ton of listings that come out of the community. Families move to take advantage of the clean, well maintained homes and family friendly environment and stay a while. The swim/tennis is typical for this size community and nothing earth shattering. The facility can be viewed in the video below. Another advantage of the subdivision are the two access points on Hightower Rd which eliminates a lot of inter-community traffic and adds to the peace of the development.

Homes for sale in Bristol Oaks Subdivision range from the low to high $300′s. As always, serious home seekers need to strongly consider a buyer gateway/”organic” home search tool asap.

Our next subdivision review takes us to the Chimney Lakes community. Chimney Lakes is a large neighborhood which connects to several major roads in East Cobb. It is very underrated due to it’s unusual location with an entryway right at the end of the commercial portion of Johnson Ferry. It also connects over to Mabry and Childers Road. Many buyers ignore it due to this misunderstanding about the location and vibe. This is unfortunate because Chimney Lakes is a very pretty community with tons of trees and greenery. Most of the homes are well kept and many are updated. Two lakes in the middle of the subdivision creates a pop. Plus, it also has one of the best swim/tennis facilities around which is shown in the video with a huge pool, tennis, playground, volleyball and basketball.

Most of the homes here were built in the early 80′s. Homes for sale in Chimney Lakes Subdivision range from the low $200′s up to $500k. Track any market area of interest using the “Organic” Home Search.

One of the most sought after communities in Roswell is the Horseshoe Bend Development in eastern Roswell off of Holcomb Bridge/92. The Horseshoe Bend Subdivision is a large country club community of over 1200 homes which offers not only clubhouse activities and golf tournaments but also a number of year round community activities like pool parties, play days, seafood and wine nights and dine nights.

The Country Club offers an assortment of membership options from full golf memberships to athletic only and social only memberships. The golf course features five holes on the Chattahoochee River. In fact, the name of the community comes from the horseshoe shape the river creates as it winds through the area.

There are various cut throughs and sub-developments within Horseshoe that need to be explored. Most listings do a pretty good job of describing which part of Horseshoe a particular home is in. Plus, many times you can tell from the style and year of the build.

Some of these sub-developments include Belmont, River Links, Brentwood, The Heritage, Brookside, Clubside, The Villas and Horseshoe Bend Estates

Homes for sale in Horseshoe Bend can range from the high $200′s up to the high $800′s. Horseshoe Bend homes for sale can be most effectively tracked by using an Organic Home Search.
