We’re re-doing some of our earlier subdivision videos with updated information. Next up is one of the most family friendly communities in all of North Atlanta- Wexford. The video quality on this is not as good as some of our recent entries so I apologize but hopefully you can still get a good sense of what this neighborhood is all about.
The homes and lots here are very unique and diverse from stucco to brick and bermuda to fescue. The subdivision has a lot of character. It’s a very large subdivision as well. One of my favorite subdivisions in Roswell is up today for a video tour. Legacy Village is a relatively new and smaller community of beautiful custom Charleston style homes. Legacy Village was developed by Harrison Builders back in 2007.
The location of the development is outstanding especially for families with younger children. The neighborhood provides a short ~300 yard walk to Roswell North Elementary as well as Roswell Area Park. Roswell Area Park also cuts through over to Crabapple and Crabapple Middle School. Of course, you can’t forget a longer walk or very short drive to Canton Street and the numerous dining and shopping options there. New video tour today of Foxhall Subdivision in extreme northwestern Roswell. This is a very large subdivision with portions of the neighborhood in Fulton County with Fulton schools and part of the neighborhood is Cherokee with Cherokee County schools. The community was started in the mid-90′s and development continued through the early 2000′s.
Homes for sale in Foxhall feature a large variety of sizes and construction styles. There is also a lot of variety with regards to the feel of different areas within the neighborhood. Certain parts are very wooded with larger lots while other areas have homes very close together with small lots and few trees. Foxhall homes for sale range from the high $200′s to the high $500′s.
(Please note: The last segment of the video is not Lakeside at Ansley- it was accidentally included from another community) One of my favorite subdivisions in Roswell can be found in the extreme northwestern part of the city off of Cox Road. The Lakeside at Ansley community is up today as the next subdivision video review. Lakeside at Ansley boasts a beautiful rolling landscape and fairly hilly terrain in certain areas of the community. The development dates back to 2001 with homes construction starting and continuing through 2005 I believe. The overall development is close to completion although there is some continuing work taking place in the outer parts.
Homes for sale in Lakeside at Ansley range from the low $700′s up to and above the $1M mark. There is quite a lot of variety in sizes, construction along with interior and exterior features. Certain parts of the subdivision have a more luxury feel while other areas seem more family-centric.
Video tour today of the Hamilton Commons Subdivision in Roswell, GA. Hamilton Commons is a relatively large neighborhood of traditional mostly brick homes built in the early 1990′s. The school district here is Sweet Apple Elementary, Elkins Pointe and Roswell High School. Homes for sale in Hamilton Commons subdivision currently start in the low $300k up to $400k. The subdivision is off of Etris Road in northern Roswell in between Cox Road and Hardscrabble Road.
