What is the “Organic” Home Search/Buyer Gateway?
The “Organic” Home Search is a personal customized website I create for you for free that monitors all homes in a specified market(s) of interest. Each morning, the website is updated (as shown above in the example) with ALL new listings, price changes on existing listings, expired listings, pending contracts and sales. Everything needed to stay on top of the market arrives in seconds early each morning. The days of wasting hours online digging through numerous websites are over!
What home search tool shows me new listings the quickest?
How does 5:00AM each day work for you? The Gateway is connected directly to the source for metro Atlanta listings. No delays.
What else does it do?
Move homes of interest into a “Like” or “Possibility” folder. Move unsatisfactory listings into a “Dislike” bin to get them out of the way. Comments can be made on any listing for future reference.
Overall, the “Organic” Home Search/Buyer Gateway is for home buyers who have defined some areas of interest and want to track what is going on in those markets. Use any combination of geography, schools, price range, features, amenities etc and request as many searches as you like. This tool will put you way ahead of those fumbling around on the internet.
