A new house listed in Crabapple Lake Subdivision (video is posted) is our last one for today. 14045 Crabapple Lake Drive, Roswell GA 30076 was on the market at an initial price of $249,900. The community is known for being a very cozy community with smaller lots but is extremely family friendly. The community is directly across from Crabapple Park and Sweet Apple Elementary.
