New Subdivision Video Review for today is the luxury home community of Crabapple Brook in Milton. This is a relatively brand new community which was started back in 2006 by Chatham Homes. However, there are a handful of sub-builders here working in the development which adds a tremendous flair with varying styles and designs. Rosen Custom Homes, Grainger Homes and P&G Homes are involved in Crabapple Brook. Homes for sale in Crabapple Brook Subdivision range from the high $600′s into the $1.6-1.7 million dollar range.

The location provides for several perks. The most notable benefit for potential homeowners is the serene and rural setting which surrounds the neighborhood and area in general. The location is a little closer in towards the heart of Milton but still has relatively easy access to downtown Alpharetta. Crabapple Brook is also within 200 or so yards from Summit Hill Elementary so walking children to and from school here is a real option.
