VIEW ALL CURRENT HOMES FOR SALE IN ENNISKERRY
New subdivision video today of another popular community in Milton- Enniskerry. Enniskerry is directly across the way from Richmond Glen off of Birmingham Hwy. There is always the concern with clients looking in Milton about their proximity to retail services like grocery stores, drug stores and other conveniences. In most cases, Milton families would head south towards Crabapple for these stores. However, from Enniskerry it makes more sense to head north to the retail center at the intersection of Birmingham Hwy and Hickory Flat. There is a popular produce market, Publix, Suntrust plus a number of other stores. I will be featuring this location in a Milton attraction post coming up.
Homes here were built in the mid-1990′s. Enniskerry homes for sale range from the high $300′s into the mid to high $500′s. The community features an average size swim and tennis facility with clubhouse which is featured at the end of the video.
