New subdivision video today as promised of the Evergrace Subdivision in Milton GA. Evergrace is a relatively new community of ~35 gorgeous brick and stone traditional homes. The community was started back in 2006 where prices topped out but have since fallen along with the rest of the real estate market in the area.
