VIEW ALL CURRENT HOMES FOR SALE IN PROVIDENCE PLACE
New video tour today of the Providence Place Subdivision in Milton GA. Providence Place is a terrific neighborhood that gets easily overlooked due to a lack of listings and overall market activity. It is located very close to downtown Alpharetta off of Providence Road. It is also just south of Summit Hill Elementary. Just like our other recent subdivision tours- this location doesn’t put potential buyers right in the heart of Milton but provides a lot of that feel while still keeping a close distance to retail and GA400.
The homes here were built in the late 1980′s, early 1990′s. Homes for sale in Providence Place Subdivision typically sit in the low $400′s but there were a couple below $400k. One of the nicer features about the homes here are the large lots. There is also some variety in landscaping features etc.
