New video tour today of Spence’s Field Subdivision in Milton GA. This is a medium sized neighborhood very close to downtown Alpharetta off of Providence Road. The proximity to Alpharetta retail centers and GA 400 can be a plus for those looking in this area of Milton. The neighborhood does feature a terrific swim/tennis facility as well. The school system is excellent with Alpharetta Elementary, Northwestern Middle and Milton High School.
