Video tour today of the Triple Crown Community in Milton GA. I’d have to say that this is in fact my favorite development in Milton and thus why I wanted to feature it first. I have almost three minutes of footage. Sidenote: The video footage does not do the swim/tennis/clubhouse/lake justice. The amenities here are top notch and very well done over about 2 acres (6 acres including the lake). There is also a terrific walking trail as well. Development started on Triple Crown in 2003 with the latest homes being built in 2007. Homes for sale in Triple Crown subdivision range from the mid-600′s to the mid-900′s.
The cherry on the top of Triple Crown is how the development has made use of the horse farm feel of Milton by incorporating horses into the DNA of the community. The neighborhood logo is eye catching which can hopefully be viewed in the video. The street names also refer to horse racing icons of the past like Seabiscuit, Affirmed and Citation. Finally, the jet black mailboxes are very well designed with a miniature horse on the top of each.
