No new listings today to report on. Instead, we have a new video tour and review of the Barrington Farms Subdivision. Barirngton Farms is a very large subdivision with three entrances off of Old Alabama Road in northeastern Roswell. The homes in this subdivision were built between 1978-1985 so they are traditional construction with most being two stories. This Roswell subdivision is extremely diverse. There are some very nice parts of the development as well as some areas where owners and renters could do a little more to keep up the look of the neighborhood. There is also a new development in the back of the older subdivision called The Reserve at Barrington Farms. The homes in The Reserve are in the mid to high 300′s. The Roswell homes in the original developments can go anywhere from the low 100′s to the mid 200′s.
