One of my favorite subdivisions in Roswell is up today for a video tour. Legacy Village is a relatively new and smaller community of beautiful custom Charleston style homes. Legacy Village was developed by Harrison Builders back in 2007.
The location of the development is outstanding especially for families with younger children. The neighborhood provides a short ~300 yard walk to Roswell North Elementary as well as Roswell Area Park. Roswell Area Park also cuts through over to Crabapple and Crabapple Middle School. Of course, you can’t forget a longer walk or very short drive to Canton Street and the numerous dining and shopping options there.
