Our featured home today came from the Loch Highland Subdivision. I found some time today to capture some video of this community as well as a few others on Mabry Rd which will be making appearances over the next couple of weeks. Loch Highland is a heavily wooded development that encircles Highland Lake in East Cobb County. The subdivision dates back to the late 70′s with most homes built between 1977 and 1983 with a few newer properties as well. Homes for sale in Loch Highland subdivision range from $200,000 to $340,000.
