VIEW ALL CURRENT HOMES FOR SALE IN SPRING RIDGE
There is not a whole lot to report on the Roswell homes market today. There are a few new listings but they have few to no pictures and incorrect information on the listing which needs to be corrected. Instead, today we’ll focus on getting some subdivision videos up. I’ll also get a new Roswell homes entry up if something does come up worth mentioning. There is a new listing on Elaine Drive for $625,000 that looks interesting so I might go by there at some point as well.
The first Roswell subdivision video review for the weekend is the Spring Ridge Subdivision which is in northeastern Roswell just east of 400 off of Old Alabama Road. Homes for sale in Spring Ridge Subdivision range from the lower $200′s to the mid 300′s. The subdivision was developed in the mid 1980′s. The neighborhood has a nice playground along with 4 tennis courts and a large community pool with a large community club house as well.
