VIEW ALL CURRENT HOMES FOR SALE IN MOSS POINTE

Today’s feature on homes for sale in Roswell is a video tour of the Moss Pointe Subdivision. Moss Pointe is right off of the northern end of Willeo Rd near Coleman Rd and 120/Marietta Hwy. It’s very close to Riverbirch Glen and the new Robinwood Estates subdivisions.

This isn’t a development that I was overly interested in featuring on the site. I just happened to be in the area and decided to go ahead and get some video of it. The reality is that this is a struggling development. I would guess there are at least 20 available lots with four homes currently built. One of those homes has sold-  2010 Bexhill Court, Roswell GA 30075 sold for $756,500 on 12/29/2008. Two are currently listed- 1050 and 1060 Moss Pointe Drive, Roswell GA are listed for $679,900 and $599,900 respectively. There might be some value here at some point but it’s such a big risk at this point with a number of lots and only one sale.
