Today’s Roswell homes feature is a video tour of the Riverbirch Glen Subdivision. Riverbirch Glen is in the very westernmost portion of Fulton County right on the border with Cobb County. Homes for sale in Riverbirch Glen have prices in a wide range from the lower $300′s to the mid to low $600′s. The two most recent sales went for $319,000 and $447,000. There are currently four homes listed between $429k and $639k. The subdivision is quite hilly as can be seen from the video. What is not readily apparent is that the homes on the western side of the neighborhood typically have quite a chunk of wooded acreage as the elevation drops down to a small river that feeds into the Chattahoochee.
