MARKET REVIEW:

Fifteen new homes for sale this morning in Roswell, Milton, Alpharetta and Johns Creek. This includes two new distressed possibilities both on the higher end.

Most notably among the possible distressed homes is a new listing in White Columns. It is showing as a “potential short sale” but no mention of any approval process with the bank. You have to assume that they are early on in the process here and it might be one to watch at this point depending on how it prices out.

One of my favorite listings this morning especially for those families with children comes from Medlock Bridge Subdivision which is right off of Medlock Bridge Rd/141. This community is outstanding for kids as it boasts two sets of clubhouses,pools and playgrounds, 12 lighted tennis courts, all sports field and basketball courts. Now how many of us can say we had all of that growing up! Have a greaaaat Thursday!
